“it is beyond all question true that in all countries where human aliment is abundant and easily procured, gluttony or excessive alimentatin is decidedly the greatest source of disease and suffering and premature death to man. As Hippocrates said more than 2,000 years ago, , “Excess in drinking is almost as bad as excess in eating; and the statement has remained true from that day to the present. Intoxicating liquors and substances, with all their fatal energy to destroy, and all the tremendous evils they have done—and surely they are great, terribly great!—have still caused less disease and pain and untimely death in the human family than errors in the quantity and quality of food! A drunkard sometimes, though very rarely, reaches old age: A Glutton Never Does………
However correct the quality of our food may be, if we habitually over-eat, our whole nature is injured, and always in proportion to our excess. Indeed it is, as a general rule, strictly true that a correct quantity of a less wholesome aliment is better for man than an excessivly small or an excessively large quantity of a less wholesome aliment .
The second nature and addiction to foods and soda must be revised:
"Pursuits of gluttony become habits of a second nature thru established family eating practices which have been passed down from one generation to the next generation, and become addiction to over satiety or over capacity of the alimentary canals( the food passage in any animal from mouth to anus) could handle and we finally become fearful and frustrated for different and continuous, undesirable physical conditions, such as headache, cough, runny nose, sneezing, aches and pains, fever and etc".

we take the over-the-counter drugs to suppress symptoms for a band-aid approach. Take a look at those drugs on the shelves of any drug stores. Conviction from the farmer’s testimonial without breakfast
'Having finally arrived at the conviction that from the first wink in the morning until the last at night strength departs, not in any way to be kept up by food, that from the last wink at night until the first in the morning strength returns, I became fully endowed to tell all the sick and afflicted in the most forceful way that with the strength of the brain recharged by sleep is all the labor of the day performed, and that no labor is so taxing upon human muscles that it cannot be performed longer without fatigue when the breakfast is omitted.
That this is possible came to me as a great surprise and in this way; a farmer with a large assortment of ailments came to me for relief through drugs. He was simply advised to take coffee mornings, rest mainly during forenoons, and when a normal appetite and power to digest would come he would be able to work after resuming his breakfasts. This man, who was more than fifty years old, was the first manual laborer to be advised to observe a morning fast.
Several moths after, he came to me with news that his ailing had all departed, and that he had been able to do harder work on his coffee breakfasts than ever before with breakfasts of solids. And if he so worked with power during forenoons, why not others? Why not all?
This no-breakfast plan was so contagious that I was not long in finding that farmers in all directions were beginning to go to their labors with much less food in their stomachs than had been their wont, and in all cases with added power of muscle.
Only recently three farmers went into the field one hot morning to cradle oats, the most trying of all work on the farm; two of them had their stomachs well filled with hearty foods. With profuse sweating and water by the quart because of the chemical heat arising from both digestion and decomposition, these toiled through the long hours with much weariness.
The third man had all his strength for the swinging of the cradle, the empty stomach not even calling for water; with the greatest ease he kept his laboring friends in close company and when the noon hour came he was not nearly so tired as they were
A man who had been a great sufferer from indigestion, a farmer, found such an increase of health and strength from omitting the morning meal that he became able to cradle rye, a much heavier gain than oats, during an entire forenoon on an empty stomach. Later he went from one December to the following April on one daily meal and not only with ease but with a gain in weight in addition. During these months this man did all the work usual in farm-houses, besides riding several hours over a milk route during the forenoons.
In this city resides a carpenter, formerly subject to frequent sicknesses, who for the past five years has walked nearly a mile to the shop where he is employed without even as much as a drink of water for breakfast; and this not only without any sicknesses, but with an increase in weight of fifteen pounds also.
More than a dozen years ago a farmer who was not diseased in any way, but who had been in the habit of eating three times a day at a well-spread table, and at mid-forenoon taking a small luncheon for hunger-faintness , omitted his breakfast and morning luncheon, and has been richly rewarded since then in escaping severe colds and other ailings. He conclusively felt that his forenoon was the better half of the day for clear-headedness and hard labor; he has added nearly a score of pounds to this weight, and his case has been a wonder to all his farmer friends, who see only starvation in cutting down brain and needless stomach taxing.

I must now ask the reader to bear with me while I apply the principles of this new hygiene with a good deal of reiteration, trying to vary them in utterance as far as possible. The need of daily food is primarily a matter of waste and supply , the waste always depending upon the amount of loss through the general activities, manual labor being the most destructive. Across the street from where I live a new house is being built; for many days during the chilly, windy month of march several men have been engaged high in the air, handling green boards, studs, and joists for ten hours each day; and yet there men are not eating more food daily than hundreds of brain-workers who never have general exercise. The workmen across the street eat to satisfy hunger; the brain-workers, to satisfy the sense of relish; and the meals of the latter are habitually in excess of the real demands because of wasted bodies.
In spite of the apparent overeating of the brain-worker, I believe the farmer and the manual laborer break down at an earlier age, for the reason that they overwork and generally eat when too tired to digest fully: the farmer is rarely content to done days work in one day when the crop season invites him to make the most of fair days.
With successes rapidly multiplying in all directions within my circuit, the desire became urgent for some way to make my new hygiene known to the public. My first thought was to get some eminent divine interested through a cure that would compel him to a continual talk as to how he became saved'

How To Skip Breakfast
It is better to immediately stop taking breakfast and to eat only twice a day. But those who cannot change an old established custom so suddenly may eat a little bit of bread or lukewarm rice gruel and gradually diminish the amount. Fruit or raw vegetables are temporarily allowed to those cannot give up breakfast at once. It is better not to take soup, milk, fruit juice, black tea, and coffee, of any kind of green tea with water until noon. That is to say, one had better not take any food or drink but water or persimmon leaf tea until the sun comes to its zenith.
It is not only unnecessary but also harmful to eat more at lunch and dinner to replace the skipped breakfast, in fear of a want of calories. If a person who has been taking in food in the proportion of 10:10:10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner, he now will take only 10 for lunch and another 10 for dinner, after he has given up breakfast. The total amount of food intake is diminished by 1/3.
The importance is not how much is eaten but how much is digested and absorbed. If a person eats 3 bowls of rice for each of his three meals are not only wasted but also loads and tires his stomach. The No Breakfast method increases the efficiency of digestion and absorption, so six bowls of rice a day will become sufficient for a person who once needed nine bowls. With the lessened load, the stomach and intestines, as well as the kidney function better. This cures even long-standing chronic diseases and improves health a great deal. Skipping breakfast may cause slight dizziness or an enervated feeling about 10:30 or so. Decrease of body weight or other symptoms may also appear. But one should not worry about these temporary and setback symptoms, which accompany general cleaning up of body and mind. On the contrary, one should try to overcome this difficulty by drinking water and establish the new custom of two meals a day. Some people may be surprised by the great effect of taking No Breakfast in about a month, but it usually takes from three to six months for one to clearly perceive its effect. Then we would say, “ I don’t understand why I could eat such a thing as breakfast!”
Giving up breakfast is sometimes harder for those who have a strong digestion. However, I wish that even those people courageously took up this new habit, without half measures, because, no matter what symptoms it may cause, their life will never be menaced, but contrarily their health will be only improved by skipping Breakfast.
Who can practice No Breakfast?
Even a growing child, a person of advanced age or a suckling mother can do without breakfast. Ideally speaking, the whole family abstain from it; but if it is not possible,

Should we be using this in children? This is pharmageddon.
Putting these little children on insulin sooner doesn't make any sense either. Starting insulin in diabetics is a slippery slope, leading to a cascade of increasing weight gain, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The sugar comes down, but everything else that kills diabetics gets worse"...

Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
